UPDATE! A Fire Sparkling won two of the three awards where it was a finalist. It won the Oklahoma Romance Writers National Readers’ Choice award and the Greater Detroit Romance Writers Booksellers’ Best Award!
It was a pretty amazing week for A FIRE SPARKLING! I received word that the book is a finalist in three different sets of awards: The Greater Detroit Romance Writers Booksellers’ Best Award, the Oklahoma Romance Writers National Readers’ Choice Award, and the Virginia Romance Writers Holt Medallion.
On top of that, my publisher, Lake Union, sent me a lovely email to let me know that the book has reached more than 100,000 readers and they are sending me a gift to celebrate that milestone. I feel very grateful this week. Thank you to all the readers who have read the book, the judges who took time to contribute to the awards, and to Lake Union for being such an amazing publishing partner.
